		TECHNIQUEST@NEWI is pleased to offer special days for toddlers and playgroups. Each day has its own theme with storytelling and make & take activities. Animal Boogie - 12 November 08 Down in the jungle come if you dare! You can swing like a monkey or stomp like an elephant but who else will be there?? Winter Wonderland - 10 December 08 Take a walk through our white winter wonderland in this seasonal adventure, who will we meet in the frosty cold? What surprises will they bring? Trip to the moon - 11 February 09 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Blast Off! Up, up and we’re off to the moon. Come and Join Izzy on her rocket ride to see what she can find in space. Rhyme Time with Jack and Gill - 13 May 09 Jack and Gill went up the hill, but who will they meet as they walk through the world of Nursery Rhyme. From Humpy Dumpty’s fall to Incy Wincy’s crawl, join in on the rhyming fun.
	Paddle at the Seaside - 8 July 09
Splish Splash Splosh. Get your swim suit on, we’re off to the seaside. Meet Sammy, the seal who doesn’t know who he is. Join him as he meets all his sea side friends.

 

Toddler Days are aimed at the foundation stage and help your little ones meet the national curriculum stepping stones. They are held in a child centered environment, so come along and explore through play and see what they discover.

Children £4 each. Groups (10+) £3 per child. Adults free. (we advise a ratio of 1 adult to 4 children). Groups of 10 or more please book by calling 01978 293400. Prices include all activities and materials used plus access to a selection of suitable interactive exhibits.
