Birthday Party Terms and Conditions

*Annual Pass is for the birthday child only, is valid for 12 months from party date and is subject to the usual Annual Pass terms and conditions.

Booking is confirmed once a £20 deposit is paid and availability checked (outstanding balance must be paid on day of party either by cash, cheque or credit/debit card).

Refunds will not be made for non attendance.

Minimum party size 10 children. Accompanying adults are admitted for free but please be careful - experience has proven that too many adults might spoil the fun for the children!

Party room available for 1 hour.

Party host available for duration of party (3 hours).

All party guests may stay until the centre closes.

Please note that TECHNIQUEST@NEWI does not provide a cake or party invitations.

Hot/cold food selection may vary.

TECHNIQUEST@NEWI reserves the right to cancel or alter the format of the party if operational or other reasons required us to do so. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
